RIP laptop + more
My laptop died on me today DX I'm just really bummed because I had just gotten new fans and heatsink and had it repaired and all that and just days later it dies on me, and Samsung tech service goes "yep so we kind of fucked up the motherboard when we placed the new fans but since your laptop is 4yo already, we're not going to take responsibility for it or put it under warranty so if you want a fix you need to pay 700+ usd (:" uuuuuugh.
Now I need a new laptop because I HAVE to have one for college, and for my freelance work as well. Right now I'm using the house's old tower which doesn't support all of my software, and I need to figure out

Oh god, I haven't logged in on here for a long time. I AM ALIVE. I'm really sorry for the long absence, and for the lack of art-posting here. 2016 was one crap of a year, dealt with so much bullshit including bad depression, anxiety and lack of motivation in general, and college kept me so frigging busy I barely even had time to go out and have fun, less so make quality art. Aside from my own courses I was also a teaching assistant (and that was the fun, relaxing part of the semester lol. My classes got me so stressed out I'm so glad the semester is over.) Hi everyone!
So, my summer vacation is over. Meaning, new semester has started. Not looking forward to waking up early on weekdays lol, but I did take some fun classes (some other not really my thing but they're necessary) - like I could finally take Character Design hnnngh :heart:
The beginning of the semester also means I will be busier... but busier does give me more motivation to do art anyway. My motivation was kinda meh during the summer, but making slow progress from the utter lack of will to do anything at all I had 4-5 months ago. My health has improved as well, and I'm still going to therapy every week to get things together and b
